  • Dosage and use: The Damask roses behind this fragrance are grown and hand-picked in Isparta, Türkiye, and extracted within hours of harvest. The olfactive arc opens fresh and dewy with green facets, fills out into a honeyed rose heart, and dries down waxy, floral and long. It is used in Turkish delight, syrups, milk puddings, confectionery and beverage work, and gives body and naturalness to rose accords built on synthetic materials. Methyleugenol is naturally present and is controlled to the limit shown above. Compositional figures in the Extract Specification and the chromatographic profile refer to the essential-oil fraction of the product, determined by GC-FID area normalisation; the carrier is stated separately above.
