Lavender Essential Oil is distilled from fresh flowering tops of Lavandula angustifolia from Türkiye. A clear, pale-yellow mobile liquid with the characteristic fresh floral, herbaceous odour of the flowering tops; pure and undiluted.
Functional Properties
Linalool 20.0–43.0 % and linalyl acetate 25.0–47.0 % make up the bulk of the oil and set its soft, sweet-floral balance. Terpinen-4-ol max. 8.0 % and lavandulyl acetate max. 8.0 % add the herbaceous facet, and cis-beta-ocimene 1.0–10.0 % the green lift of the fresh flower. What is low matters as much: 1,8-cineole is limited to max. 3.0 % and camphor to max. 0.3 % — so none of the camphoraceous harshness of a spike-type oil.
Quality
All thirteen constituents of the ISO 3515:2002 normative chromatographic profile (clause 4.10) fall within the standard's limits; the product conforms. Total identified constituents reach at least 95 %. Heavy metals are non-detectable and raw-material total ash below 4 %. 24-month shelf life, 1–5 kg bottles or 10–25–50 kg drums.
